In the hustle and bustle of midtown, Margon epitomizes the quick busy lunch, gem of a food establishment in Midtown.
Everything is good. You order at the counters and there are seats at the back and along the sides of this narrow restaurant. During the lunch rush, it is teeming with hungry customers. The prices are great and if you eat in, the food is served loaded on flimsy plastic plates on a plastic cafeteria tray. So authentic! The baked chicken is tender and juicy, the pork, steak and onions, sandwiches and the daily specials like the oxtail stew are the go to-s. Definitely can not go wrong with anything here.
The service is friendly and very accommodating. There's always a bunch of staff navigating around the big crowds of people just to bring out any freshly prepared food from the back and make sure you are happy with your food.
